A framework for delivering best practice health care
The Statewide Clinical Networks have been established to increase the level of clinician’s involvement in the planning of health services, to find ways to better coordinate delivery of those services, to ensure better health outcomes for all South Australians and to ensure a strong, sustainable health workforce.
Statewide Clinical Networks – A Framework for Delivering Best Practice Health Care, released May 2007, is one of the SA Government’s strategies underpinning SA’s Health Care Plan and the ongoing reform of the health system to ensure that all South Australians continue to have access to high standards of health care.
The Framework can be downloaded by clicking on the link to the right.
Through these networks, we will develop clinical leadership and plan for the future to ensure services are provided across the continuum of care.
