Nutrition and Food Hygiene Award Scheme for South Australian Child Care Centres

“Start Kids Eating Right” is Start Right Eat Right’s first ever recipe book resource.

Start Kids Eating Right contains a collection of recipes that are favourites of children across various child care centres in South Australia. Thank you to staff of centres who have kindly contributed these multicultural recipes to help parents provide yummy and healthy meals to their children at home.

The book also provides some nutrition information that parents frequently ask for. Developed by Dietitians, these include infant feeding advice, tips to manage fussy eating and information about adverse reactions to foods.
